Terms of Service
The agreement between you and KolossusAI when you use our website or services. We've kept it short and readable. Where lawyer-language was unavoidable, we explain what it means.
The party offering the service.
KolossusAI is a partnership firm registered in Gujarat, India, operating from Ahmedabad. In these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to KolossusAI; "you" refers to the individual or organisation accepting these Terms.
By using the service, you accept these Terms.
When you visit kolossusai.in, sign up for a POC, or use any KolossusAI service, you agree to these Terms. If you're accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to do so. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
What KolossusAI provides.
We provide an AI analytics service that connects to business systems (Tally, CRMs, manufacturing tools, real estate platforms, trading platforms, custom databases, and similar) and lets your team ask natural-language questions across those systems.
Specific features, connectors, scope, scale, and deployment shape are agreed in your service agreement. These Terms are the umbrella; your agreement is the detail.
Your responsibilities.
- Keep your account credentials confidential.
- Make sure the people you give access to are authorised to see the underlying data.
- Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- Use the service in compliance with Indian law and any third-party terms governing systems you connect.
Your data stays yours.
You own the business data you bring to the service. We act as a processor of that data on your behalf, under the purposes described in your service agreement and our Privacy Policy.
We claim no right to your data beyond what is necessary to deliver the service. We will not use your business data to train models that serve other customers.
What belongs to us.
The KolossusAI platform, software, models, designs, brand, and documentation are owned by KolossusAI or our licensors. Using the service does not transfer ownership of any of that to you. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for the duration and within the scope of your agreement.
Pricing and payment.
Pricing is bespoke and shaped by users, systems, scale, and deployment shape. We do not charge per-query, do not lock in long-term contracts to start, and do not impose hidden integration fees. The full approach is described on our pricing page.
Specific amounts, billing frequency, currency, and tax handling are confirmed in your signed quote and invoice. Indian GST applies where relevant.
What we keep private.
We treat your business information, deployment details, and the contents of our conversations as confidential. We expect the same treatment of any non-public KolossusAI information shared with you (for example, technical documentation, roadmap discussions, pricing).
What we promise about uptime.
We aim to keep the service available, performant, and accurate. Where a deployment includes a service-level commitment, that commitment is documented in your service agreement.
We may pause the service for planned maintenance (announced where possible) or for unplanned reasons outside our reasonable control. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Ending the agreement.
Either party can terminate the agreement under the conditions set out in your service agreement. On termination, we will help you export your data within a reasonable window, then delete it from our active systems.
We may suspend or terminate access immediately if there is a material breach (including non-payment, misuse of the service, or activity that endangers other customers or the platform).
The legal limits.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KolossusAI's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
Where disputes are resolved.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Updates to these Terms.
When these Terms change materially, we update the "last updated" date at the top and notify customers of record. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
